The stated minimum prices apply per person and night for a minimum stay of 3 nights and with3 breakfast.
… for the apartments
The stated minimum prices apply for 2 people per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For additional guests in the apartments exceeding the standard occupancy, € 18.00 per person and night will be charged.
The local tax of € 2.10 per person and night (from age 14) is not included in the price and will be charged separately on the final bill.

Discounts for children
For children staying in the parents’ room, the following conditions apply:
- Children’s price per night up to 2.9 years: € 10.00
- Discount for children aged 3 – 6.9 years: 60%
- Discount for children aged 7 – 13.9 years: 50%
- Discount for children aged 14 – 16.9 years: 25%
Deposit
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 30% of the price of the overnight stay. The deposit is paid by bank transfer. Please indicate the term “Deposit” and your first and last name as payment reference.

Bill payment options
The final invoice can be settled in cash, by card, or in advance via bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of cancellation, but we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 31 days before arrival: retention of 30% of the deposit
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount becomes due
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount becomes due
- From 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount becomes due
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked but unused days.
Arrival
Check-in: from 13:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out by 9:30 on the day of departure
If you are unable to check in by 18:00 on your arrival day, please give us a quick call to let us know.
Board options
Our rooms are generally rented with breakfast or half board, whereas the apartment prices usually include accommodation only. Of course, you are welcome to book breakfast or half board for your apartment stay on request.
From the beginning of May to the end of October, no evening meal is served on Thursdays. Any dinner not taken will be deducted from the final invoice.
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. We charge € 15.00 per day and pet, excluding food.
Please note that dogs may not be left alone in the room during the day. We also ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining room out of consideration for other guests.
Non-smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house. We kindly ask you to use the outside areas.

Our guesthouse is open all year round.
